Luxury & Black car service

We understand your travel plans may change and other circumstances may arise. With that in mind, WP LIMO has a very simple cancellation policy.
The Passenger must inform WP LIMO of any changes or cancellations on international flights at least 4 hours ahead of time. The Passenger must inform WP LIMO of any changes or cancellations on domestic flights at least 2 hours ahead of time.
If a cancellation is made less than four hours prior to the reservation time, The Passenger will be charged half the fare cost.
If no cancellation is made and The Passenger is a “no show”, then The Passenger will be charged the full amount of the fare. (“No show” is defined below.)
‘We will charge full fare if the cancellation is less than half an hour including ‘no show’ (please see “No show” procedure below)

LUXURY & BLACK CAR SERVICE

For pre-arranged airport arrivals, the following procedures will apply

CANCELLATION POLICY:

WP LIMO Luxury & Black service has a very simple cancellation policy.

NO-SHOW CHARGE

The passenger will be considered a no-show if the passenger does not call WP LIMO Luxury & Black service within 20 minutes after arrival and if there is no record of cancellation.
WP LIMO Luxury & Black service will attempt to make contact with the passenger. If the passenger verifies that he or she is a no-show, then the driver will leave and the passenger will be billed. The charge for a no-show will be the full fare of the service.

 

30 minutes included waiting time on all domestic flights, 45 minutes on international flight arrivals is included on all airport pickups. After 30 or 45 minutes from the confirmed landing time, after grace period, waiting time charges will apply $20.00 for the first 1/2 hour & $40.00 for each additional hour,For sedan service,
For any other vehicle, $35,& 60.

 

WAITING TIME AT RESIDENTIAL, BUSINESS AND OTHER COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS

Customers are allowed 10 included minutes waiting time as a “grace period” from the scheduled pickup time. Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 10-minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. (This does not apply to airport pick-ups; please see arrivals procedure). After the grace period, wait time will be billed in 10-minute increments at $15per 10-minute interval for sedan, for any other vehicle $25per 10-minute


PARKING FEE

All pre-arranged inside pick-ups will be charged an additional parking fee


ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS CHARGE

Please note, your reservation final bill is subject to change if there is more than one passenger on sedan reservations only
$15.00 for each additional passenger, children under age 7 are free, for other vehicle, $25


ADDITIONAL STOPS

Charges for Additional Stops are generally $15-55 depending upon the distance traveled. Typically, stops within the same suburban town are $15-$55 each; this includes restroom stops. Stops at other towns along the way are $45-$70. The base rate charged will be that of the furthest town with the intermediate stops charged accordingly. Stops within NYC city are $30-$60 depending upon distance. Stops in another county or borough will be charged based on the actual service, only for sedan.

EARLY MORNING SURCHARGE

Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 12:00am and 4:00am incur an additional $15-$40 fee. This fee goes entirely to the chauffeur.


HOLIDAY SURCHARGE

Trips on the holidays listed below incur an additional $30.00, for sedan, other vehicle, $50 flat fee that goes entirely to the chauffeur:
Christmas Eve (starting at 5 pm)
Christmas Day
Easter Sunday
New Years Eve (starting at 5 pm)
New Years Day Independence Day (July 4th)
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day


CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY IS MANDATORY

Gratuity will be 20% for all services


ROUND TRIP TOLLS

All toll charges will be billed round-trip
where applicable.

LIABILITY

The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown, and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The Passenger assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or any members of their party during the duration of the trip. A fee of $125.00 for each carpet, seat burn or damage is mandatory. Sanitation fee is $350.00.


ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. The customer will pay for any damages or any fines.


FOOD CONSUMPTION

Food consumption is not permitted in our vehicles. The customer will pay for any damages or fines.


DRIVER RIGHT

The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of The Passenger(s).


NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.


WINTER WEATHER

Winter Weather, we are not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).


LOST ARTICLES

We are not responsible for any articles left in the vehicles.


CAR SEAT

WP LIMO Luxury & Black service can provide a car seat upon customer’s request, for an additional fee. It is customer’s responsibility to install the car seat properly and the Passenger hereby waives any and all claims against the Company, its agents or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential damages.
